REFUND POLICY

TrustEdge Markets Limited

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to TrustEdge Markets Limited (“TrustEdge”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may or may not be refunded.

By making any payment on trustedgehub.com or through any of our official channels, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. General Policy

All payments made to TrustEdge Markets Limited are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.


3. Nature of Our Services

TrustEdge operates as an intermediary/agent providing services that involve third parties, including:

  • Government agencies (CAC, FIRS, SCUML, etc.)
  • Licensing and regulatory bodies
  • Payment processors
  • Digital service platforms

Due to the nature of these services, once work has commenced, costs are incurred immediately, making refunds impractical.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

a. Government or Third-Party Decisions

  • Application rejection by CAC, FIRS, NAFDAC, or any authority
  • Delays in processing by any agency
  • Changes in government policies or requirements

b. Client-Related Issues

  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete information
  • Failure to provide required documents
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Duplicate payments made by the client

c. Service Progress

  • Once processing has started
  • Once documents have been submitted to any authority
  • Once work has been partially or fully completed

d. Third-Party Failures

  • Payment gateway issues (Paystack, Flutterwave)
  • System errors from external platforms
  • Hosting or technical disruptions

5. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following condition:

  • If TrustEdge has not initiated any work on your request at all

In such cases:

  • A processing or administrative fee may be deducted
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of TrustEdge Markets Limited

6. Digital and Custom Services

For services such as:

  • Website development
  • Branding and design
  • Business plans and proposals
  • Marketing services

All payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the customized nature of these services.


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree that:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us
  • Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:
    • Immediate suspension of services
    • Legal action
    • Blacklisting from future services

TrustEdge reserves the right to provide evidence to payment processors to contest disputes.


8. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service:

  • Before work begins → may be eligible for partial refund
  • After work begins → no refund will be issued

9. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take 5 to 15 business days
  • Time may vary depending on payment provider policies

10. No Guarantee Clause

Payment does not guarantee:

  • Approval of applications
  • Speed of processing
  • Success of any service

All outcomes are subject to third-party decisions.


11. Agreement to Policy

By making payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • You agree that services are non-refundable once initiated
  • You accept all associated risks
